By curating topics and formats that resonate with current youth culture and addressing their specific real-world struggles, we ensure the message is accessible and relevant. Furthermore, by giving students a seat at the planning table, we foster a sense of proprietary investment; when they help build the ministry, they are more likely to protect it, grow it, and invite others into it.
